Only in exceptional vintage years is wine made under the Bookpurnong Hill label – and even then it is produced in extremely limited quantities.  The fruit is especially selected before harvest, and kept separate until it reaches the winery, where it is accorded the very best of treatment and ‘hand-made’ care. 

These are wines of rare distinction, and are outstanding examples of what can be achieved using premium grade fruit, modern technology and old-fashioned values about quality.  The results speak for themselves.
