The wine exhibits pale yellow colour with a green edge. The nose is dominated by fresh citrus blossom, melon and fresh apricot aromas with a complex but subtle bready note. The palate overflows with ripe fruit characters of melon, citrus and ripe stone fruit. Complex, interesting yeasty notes and an elegant full palate complement the zesty acidity and fruit.

This wine exhibits a very pale straw colour with a green tint. The nose shows notes of cut grass and with a subtle tropical and citrus blossom character. This is an elegant wine showing intensity and concentration on the palate. Flavours include lychee, and cut grass with a balanced citrus lift and rock melon contribution from the chardonnay component of the blend.

An inky, purple colour first greets the taster. The nose shows spice, a hint of white pepper, berry fruit and plum aromas. On the palate, this wine offers flavours of rich berries with hints of spice and liquorice culminating in a long after taste. A complex wine well balanced in richness, mouth feel and intensity, that is smooth and pleasurably easy to drink

Deep purple in colour, this is a well-balanced wine showing berry fruit and blackcurrant jam with a hint of coffee oak character. The nose shows appealing ripe berry aromas, as well as chocolate and mocha. It has superb length and a smooth succulent mouth feel with elegant tannins.

The balance of silky tannins, ripe fruit flavours and distinct varietal character do justice to this noble grape. Aromas of plums, cherries and fruit cake dominate. On the palate, the flavours range from the plums and raspberries to the secondary complexity leafy Merlot characters. This is a smooth and easy-drinking offering.

The nose offers a complex bouquet of primary fruit including mulberries and plums, as well as notes of clove and liquorice. The palate is ripe, rounded and soft with velvety tannins and sweet mulberry juiciness. This is a rich, full weighted wine with a well-rounded tannic structure that is smooth and generous in fruit flavour.

This is a sweet, rich, jammy style of fortified wine with fresh fruity flavour and a ruby colour. It is a port made in the traditional style. Soft and smooth on the palate it offers layers of plum, mulberry and liquorice. The mouth feel is rich, juicy and lingering. This wine should develop further complexity in the bottle, but makes for an exceptional digestif currently.
