ORDERING WINE FROM SALENA ESTATE
At Salena Estate our priority is to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible. All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include GST. Due to licensing requirements we are able to deliver wine only to destinations within Australia.  You must be over the age of eighteen to order wine.
We require that orders be made up in multiples of twelve bottles per carton. This ensures that the bottles are packaged securely with the minimum risk of breakage.
You can order with us by:

1. Secure on-line purchasing - VISA and Mastercard are accepted on our secure on-line encryption service. This is the easiest, fastest way to order through this website. If you are still unsure about ordering on-line we also offer traditional payment methods.
2. Phone - Our phone number for orders or enquiries is 08 8584 1333
3. Fax or Mail Orders - Simply choose 'Fax/Direct Deposit' from the payment choices and proceed to the checkout. On the final 'Thank you' page print out the confirmation order form and fax it to us on 08 8584 1388. Or you can mail it to us with your cheque. Cheques will be accepted but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been received and cleared.
4. Alternate Fax/Mail Order – An alternative to processing the order via the on-line system above, is to download a two page order form (Acrobat PDF document approx 120kb.) Click here to download. Then simply print and fill out required details and fax or mail to the addresses listed.
5. Direct deposit - Choose 'Fax/Direct Deposit' from the payment choices and proceed to the checkout. Upon receiving your order we will then provide our bank account details for the transfer.

If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order. Your orders will be attended to promptly and we will advise if there are any delays with providing products.
Please note. We do not charge your card if the goods are not available to be despatched.

POSTAGE
We use Australia Post Wine Service for all mail order deliveries. We will charge a flat rate of $15.00 per carton of wine, delivered anywhere in Australia.  From time to time we may offer special promotional prices and other discounts including Free Delivery. Please see the Latest News page of our website to see the latest offer.
Included in your delivery charge is insurance up to the value of $250 per carton.

RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your wine, we cannot be held responsible for any breakages in transit. If goods are damaged, please contact your nearest Post Office immediately.

SECURITY
Salena Estate knows the importance of being able to shop securely on-line so we have taken steps to ensure that your customer information is secure.
Our secure server encrypts all payment information you send to us. The encryption process takes all the information and converts it to unreadable codes that are securely transmitted over the Internet. Because these codes can be understood only by your web browser and our secure server, it would be very hard for anyone else to use your information.

Salena Estate takes all reasonable care to safeguard your details, and you can be assured that the information given to use will not be distributed to anyone else.
